Blending Asian, Hawaiian, Indian and Californian cooking methods and ingredients, our talented chefs bring you a delectable fusion cuisine inspired by the exotic Pacific Rim.

Appetisers range from lobster salad and oysters to vodka calamari and Foie Gras, with a fruity twist of papaya or coconut, or perhaps a zingy dash of wasabi. Mains are roasted, seared, grilled or barbecued, from truffle lobster to pepper beef and a beautiful Chilean sea bass. There is also an extensive range of sushi, sashimi and maki for those who want a fresh, tasty bite, not to mention sublime fruit tarts, refreshing sorbets and gooey chocolate desserts.

If you’re in a group of four or more, try our Family Style dining. Food is purposefully served on large plates and in abundance, in line with principles of tasting, passing, and sharing delicious dishes over a chilled-out get-together with family and friends.
